           Guarantee:  all items are guaranteed for original unless otherwise stated.  Guarantee on german items is lifetime and certificates on items over 200 euro are included.  On other items the satisfaction guarantee covers three months.  After that date the sales are firm.

 

All payments to be made to Intaria.  Due to the cost and difficulty of US and Canadian customers obtaining Euro bank drafts, we will accept dollar bank drafts.  Credit card payments (Visa, Acces, Mastercard) are most welcome and much more economical and convenient.  All our transactions are in Euro, we accept no responsibility for fluctuations in exchange rates.

 

All goods sold on a first come first served basis, payment to be sent on confirmation of order.  Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

 

Postage will now to be charged on all orders.  Spanish postage is from 15 Euro insured, or from 6 Euros recorded at buyer’s risk.  Overseas charged by weight, from 25 Euros fully insured (USA and Canada now Fedex 48 hours delivery from 35 Euros).  Although every effort will be made to despatch your order promptly please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

 

All items are sold as genuine and original unless otherwise stated.  Any item subsequently proven to be fake may be returned and payment will be refunded or credited.  Any item purchased must be returned within  three months of receipt if not entirely satisfied.  After that time we will not accept returns anymore.  Regarding German 3rd Reich items we guarantee this refund permanently, due to the increasing number of copies being traded worldwide.    If returning goods from outside of the European Community always ask for posting instructions before sending.
